An independent, non-commercial research initiative of Europa Nova Nonprofit Kft monitoring public political communication during Serbia's 2026 parliamentary election campaign.
The Observatory follows a defined universe of public political actors and organizations across public social-media sources. It examines campaign themes, posting intensity, engagement, amplification, cross-account relationships and significant changes over time.
The design is prospective and longitudinal: the objective is to observe campaign dynamics as they develop.
The project uses account-based monitoring, transparent source attribution and explicit data provenance. Automated coding and human verification are kept distinct. Platform-level research access is used according to applicable research-access conditions.
